General Information
Do I have to buy a ticket in advance?

Yes!  Please purchase tickets online in advance.  Once we are at capacity, we will not be able to sell any more tickets.  Parties must also be reserved in advance as we do not allow parties (i.e., cake, gifts, balloons, etc without a party reservation.)

Does everyone need to fill out a waiver?

Yes, everyone who enters XtremeHopp needs to fill out a waiver. Anyone under 18 year of age needs to have a waiver filled out by a parent or guardian. Waivers can be filled out in advance online – see link at the top of the page – or in the XtremeHopp lobby. Once you fill out your waiver, they are good for 1 year.

Do you have a weight restriction?

Yes, our equipment has a weight limit of 280 lbs. Everyone using XtremeHopp attractions who is at or about 280 pounds is strongly cautioned to stay within their ability for their fitness level when using any equipment. All attractions/activities/equipment use require a great amount of exertion and require a degree of physical fitness to avoid injury and/or health risks.

Will I be able to get in? Is it too busy for people to get access to the facility?

Chances of you not getting admitted are very small; however, we are strict about our capacity limit for safety reasons. If we do reach capacity, you may simply need to wait for a few guests to exit the facility first, as jump passes expire every 30 minutes. Reserve your spot advance online to guarantee your admission. 

Is there a place to put my stuff? Do you have lockers?

Yes, we do have lockers and storage cubbies. There is no additional charge to use either the cubbies or the lockers. We rent locks for the regular lockers for $1 or you are welcome to bring your own lock. 

How do I know when my time’s done?

The amount of time you have in our facility is tracked by the time displayed on your sticker. You are required to wear your sticker so the court monitors can easily read it.  An announcement will be made when for when your time expires so you know when your turn is up.

Can I jump with a cast on?

No, unfortunately for your own safety and others’ casts are not permitted on the trampolines.

What should I wear?

We recommend gym attire and clothing that does not restrict your range of movement. Something you don’t mind getting sweaty in, as jumping can be hard work.

Is there a charge if you’re not jumping?

If you are not going to be jumping or going on any of the attractions there is no fee for you. You must still sign the waiver and the trampoline court is a socks-only area, so bring your socks!

Are we allowed to record using our devices in the facility?

Yes, however, we recommend phones and devices be used only on the carpeted areas and not on the trampolines themselves. We also strongly caution against using phones in the foam pit area because if it is lost there, it will stay there until the next scheduled foam pit cleaning. We do not take responsibility for your phone or any other object lost in the pit and will not disrupt business or our schedule in any way to retrieve any lost articles.

Smash/Rage Room Rules & FAQ

1 – Participants must either be over the age of 18 or aged 12+ with a parent/guardian in attendance.

2 – Smashing of the room is not allowed! Only smashing of the breakable items provided to you or that you brought in are allowed. YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED $150 for any damages to the walls, shelving, speakers, light fixtures, window, trash can or any other item that you break that you were not supposed to.

3 – Closed toed shoes and long pants are required.

4 – Protective gear (provided) must be worn properly (jacket zipped up!) at all times while in the Smash Room.

5 – If there are any issues, use the walkie to call an XtremeTeam Member right away.

6 – Once your Smash Room experience is over, you MUST return all protective gear and get checked out by an XtremeHopp Team Member. If you do not immediately see an XH Team Member, use the provided walkie to page someone.

7 – If you or others in your party appear to be intoxicated you will not be allowed to participate.

8 – If your Smash Room ticket included a complementary 1 Hour Jump Pass you will need XtremeHopp grip socks to jump. XtremeHopp grip socks are required to jump and are not included with complimentary jump passes.

WHAT IS THE SMASH ROOM?
Also known as a “Rage Room” , people come to The Smash Room to have fun, de-stress, and break things! Whether it be for a stressful week at work, a celebration, or even a first date, you’re always going to have an amazing experience here.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Anyone ages 18 and up can participate. Ages 12 and up can participate if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian during their session.

If you are pregnant and/or under the influence of drugs and alcohol you will not be able to participate. Please consult with your doctor if you have any health issues or concerns.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will need to bring closed-toe shoes and wear long, thick pants such as jeans and we will provide everything else.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SMASHABLES? 
NO.

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?

CAN I GET MORE SMASHABLES OR EXTEND MY TIME IN THE SMASH ROOM?

Escape Room Rules & FAQ
ESCAPE ROOM RULES:

1 – Don’t throw or damage anything in the room.

2- Don’t force anything – if it doesn’t open easily it’s not meant to open. Do not handle anything labeled, “Not a Clue”.

3 – Don’t unplug anything or touch electrical outlets – those are not part of the game

4 – If there are any issues, use the walkie to call an XtremeTeam Member right away.

5 – YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED $150 for any damages to the Escape Room if you break items that are mentioned above and are not part of the Escape experience.

6 – Once your Escape Room experience is over, you MUST get checked out by an XtremeHopp Team Member. If you do not immediately see an XH Team Member, use the provided walkie to page someone.

7 – No photographs!

What is an escape game?

Escape games are adventures in which players find clues, crack codes and use their sleuth prowess to solve a series of puzzles within 60 minutes. Escape rooms originally began in Japan and have now reached the United States. Come try a Big Escape Room today! We’d love to see you here.

How long is each game?

Each game is 60 minutes long, we have a monitor in the room with a countdown of the remaining time.

What’s the goal of the Escape Room?

The goal of the Escape Room is to escape by solving the puzzles, riddles and cracking codes. These will ultimately lead to a code to open the door.

Is there an age limit?

We welcome everyone to try our Escape Room! However, but due to the nature of the puzzles we recommend an adult participates in the room as well for children under the age of 12.

What time should my group arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the game begins, this will allow you to check in and get a briefing on the game. If you arrive later we will try our very best to accommodate you but will be unable to guarantee it.  IF YOU HAVE COMPLIMENTARY JUMP TIME WITH YOUR PURCHASE, ARRIVE EARLY ENOUGH TO JUMP FIRST. 

Am I really locked in?

Absolutely not, if you need to leave the room at any time you have the option to leave and return within the 60 minutes.  Absolutely not, if you need to leave the room at any time you have the option to leave and return within the 60 minutes.

Do I need to bring anything with me to escape?

No, all the clues you need will be in the room.

What happens if we can’t solve anything?

Our game masters will help and guide you if you are stuck in the game. You also get three clues from the game master that you can use at any point. Use your walkie to ask for clues when you get stuck

How difficult are the games?

Our games vary in difficulty but packed full of fun! Our Escape experience is intermediate. There are 2 rooms that start out a little easier and get harder as you reach the second room.

Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

We host a variety of large events from corporate team building activities, birthday parties, youth groups and more. Please contact us for discounted rates and more information.

Is there a limit to the number of players?

All of our escape games have a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 6 players.

Splatter Room Rules & FAQ
SPLATTER ROOM RULES:

1 – If your Splatter Room ticket included a complementary 1 Hour Jump Pass arrive in time to JUMP FIRST. You will not be allowed to jump on the trampoline equipment after using the Splatter Room. XtremeHopp grip socks are required to jump and are not included with complimentary jump passes.

2 – Keep your Splatter Gear on until the end of your session, including goggles, poncho, shower cap and shoes. Make sure to wear something that is ok to get paint on.

3 – Do not leave the Splatter Room with wet paint on your clothes/shoes for any reason.

4 – If there are any issues, use the walkie to call an XtremeTeam Member right away.

5 – Do not Splatter on the Smash side of the room or go beyond the curtain. Do not paint anything besides your canvas, the walls in the Splatter area and your canvas. YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED $150 for any damage caused by painting speakers, electronics, light fixtures, etc or by spreading paint into the other attractions areas.

6 – DO NOT paint anything obscene/inappropriate – including political or religious statements – on the wall that will need to be painted over by our staff. YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED $150 for any damage of this nature that causes us to have to repaint.

7 – Once your Splatter Room experience is over, you MUST remove all protective gear inside the room and get checked out by an XtremeHopp Team Member. If you do not immediately see an XH Team Member, use the provided walkie to page someone.

8 – Remove all splatter gear at the end of the session before leaving the room and throw away in the trash can INSIDE the room.

9 – There is a sink located next to the Splatter Room for cleanup. You must clean all paint messes in this designated area and are not to enter the trampoline park or the restroom before cleaning all paint off at this area.

Paintball Target Shooting Rules & FAQ
PAINTBALL TARGET SHOOTING RULES:

1 – Keep your protective face shield on at all times until the end of your Paintball Target Shooting session.

2 – Do not Shoot anything outside of the target shooting zone and DO NOT SHOOT ANY PERSON. YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED $150 for any damage caused by target shooting at items that are not targets such as speakers, electronics, light fixtures, etc.

3 – If there are any issues, use the walkie to call an XtremeTeam Member right away.

4 – Once your Paintball Target Shooting experience is over, you MUST remove all protective gear inside the room and get checked out by an XtremeHopp Team Member. If you do not immediately see an XH Team Member, use the provided walkie to page someone.

Party Information
How do I book a party?

Please make an online reservation system. Our online system is very comprehensive, only shows available dates and times to book, and allows you to add on any items that you would like for your party. A deposit is required in order to complete the reservation (amex, visa, mc or discover). Once reservation is complete, an invoice will be emailed to the email address that you provided and that serves as confirmation of your party. If you don’t receive that email within an hour of placing your order, please email us at party@xtremehoppjohnscreek.com.

I reserved a party online…do I need to further confirm the birthday party with XtremeHopp?

Once your reservation is complete, an invoice will be emailed to the email address that you provided and that serves as confirmation of your party. If you don’t receive that email within an hour of placing your order, please email us at party@xtremehoppjohnscreek.com or call us during business hours. You do not need to further confirm the party. If you would like to add on additional foods or other items, you can either email or call us (phone/email instruction can be found on top of your order invoice) . Please make sure to add these additional items at least 5 days prior to your party so that we can make sure to be accommodate your request. Please note that email is always the best and fastest way to contact us.

What is the flow/itinerary of the party?

Your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time so your party host can check everyone in and give everyone wrist bands and socks as well as safety instructions. The party guests will enjoy the adventure park for 1 hour, then come to celebrate at the party table with food, drinks and cake for the remaining 45 minutes.

When will my party table be available?

Your reserved party table time will be the last 45 minutes of the party. Your host will make sure that your party table is ready at that time.

Can I request a specific party table?

Yes, we are happy to take requests and will do our best to accommodate them but do not guarantee a particular table.

Do you have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to book a party with us. Times/Dates/Tables will not be placed on hold without a deposit. The amount of the deposit will be approximately 50% of your party package. The exact amount will be determined by the reservation system.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please refer to Party Terms. Do you keep my credit card information on file? No, we do not keep that information. You will need to pay the remaining balance on your party before leaving and if paying by card, that card must be present to use it.

What is the duration of the party?

The event is 1 hour and 45 minutes long. This includes 1 hour of jump time and 45 minutes at the table.

Do you have goody bags?

No, we do not provide goody bags for our parties. You are welcome to bring your own in, provided your guests do not consume them on our premises.

Are there age restrictions on the parties?

No, we have no age restrictions on our parties. Adults can use the party packages, and children of all ages can use the party packages. We can also adapt the party packages to suit bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, and team builders.

Are there any instructors or leaders in activities?

No, it is all free-play. We have court monitors who serve as lifeguards, but they are only there to supervise guests and ensure they are behaving safely. They do not teach or guide guests in activities. However, court monitors are available to referee dodgeball games.

What does the party host do?

Your party host serves as a waiter/waitress. They help check you in, do your birthday announcement, and serve your pizza and cake as well as do all the set-up and cleanup at your party table.

Are socks included?

Yes, socks are included in the cost of the party for the party guests. They are $2.50 a pair for adults who want to enter the park to either participate or observe that are not counted in the head-count of the party package. If one already has a pair of XtremeHopp grip socks from a previous visit, they may wear those socks.

Are my adult guests required to wear socks?

Adults are required to wear XtremeHopp grip socks if they are going on the attractions, i.e., participating or using any equipment in the adventure park.  If adults are just going into the attractions area to observe, they must wear socks (any type) as the attractions area is a sock-only zone.

Can I bring in my own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own décor for your party table if you like and your party host can help you set up.

Can I bring my own balloons?

Yes, you can bring balloons as long as they are securely tied to balloon weights upon entry. We do not want balloons stuck in our high ceilings.

Do I count the birthday child and siblings as guests?

Yes.

What if I have more than one birthday guest of honor?

The more the merrier! Birthday parties shared by multiples, siblings, cousins, friends, etc. are all fine. Please make sure you are counting your birthday boys & girls in your party head count.

Where do I get XtremeHopp invitations?

There is a link from our “More Info” menu on our website.

What if more kids/ guests show up than I booked?

We will do our best to accommodate your extra, last-minute guests. You will be charged the extra guest fee that corresponds to your party package as described on our Parties Page.

What if all my guests don’t show up?

We sincerely hope this doesn’t happen because we want your birthday boy or girl to have as much fun as possible. Per terms and conditions, we do not downgrade party packages with 14 days or less of the party day.

Can I change my party package to a smaller size?

Yes, if there are 15+ days to your party date remaining. Per terms and conditions, we do not downgrade party packages with 14 days or less of the party day.

Do I have to pay for children that won’t be playing on the equipment?

For birthday parties, all of the kids that are checked in as guests will be included in your party package and therefore paid for. Please talk to your party coordinator upon reservation if you feel that you have a special situation.  Remember that kids 2 and under are not allowed in the attractions area outside of Toddler Time and there are no exceptions to this rule for safety reasons.

Should I tip my party host?

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated and a great way to let your party host know that he/she has done a great job. At XtremeHopp, we practice tip sharing so all of the team that participated in making your experience great will enjoy the reward.

Why should I have my party at XtremeHopp?

Super fun, easy to plan, we take care of all the details, nothing for you to clean up afterwards!

How do I add on additional food or other party extras?

Reply to your order invoice email and our Party Coordinator will update your order and send you an updated invoice. Remember to finalize your party order at least 7 days in advance of your party.

What kind of food do you offer for parties?

We have an extensive party menu to feed the crowd! In addition to cheese and pepperoni pizzas, we make all kinds including spicy buffalo chicken, supreme and veggie, plus fresh and beautiful party platters, drinks and snacks. Please take a look at our extensive party menu HERE.

Can I add food on the day of the party?

We can add pizza and beverages on the day of your party, but platters must be ordered a minimum of 7 days in advance. Do you have a fridge/freezer for an ice cream cake? Yes, we do. Please feel free to bring in an ice cream cake and ask your party host to store it for you.

Do you have plates, cutlery, etc. for cake?

Yes, we provide all the plates, cutlery, and napkins for pizza and cake. We also provide lighters, traditional candles and knives to cut cakes.

Can I bring outside food/beverage in?

With a party reservation, you can bring in your birthday dessert… And, we have an excellent party menu and all our food is prepared fresh and on-site. We do also offer the option of paying an outside catering fee of $75 if you prefer to bring in your own foods. Please note that if bypassing our catering and bringing in your own food, you will not have access to our kitchen and you must bring all serving utensils and any to go packaging required as this will not be supplied. If you bring in unauthorized food, the outside catering fee of $75 will be automatically assessed to your party bill.

Can I bring in cake/cupcakes?

If you booked a party with us, you are welcome to bring in your birthday dessert.

Does XtremeHopp make the food?

Yes, we prepare all our food in-house at the Bolt Café and are proud of our quality, selection and pricing. We know how to feed the crowd!

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, we have gluten-free pizza as well as some gluten-free party platter options such as GF Chicken Nugget Platter, GF Hummus Patter (we substitute GF crackers for the pita), as well as a Fresh Fruit Platter and Fresh Veggie Platter.

What if I have a guest with an allergy?

If we cannot accommodate the allergy, you are welcome to bring in food for only that person.

My child is allergic to nuts, does your food have nuts?

While our kitchen does not have nuts, and our items do not contain nuts we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with nuts at our suppliers’ facility or while being transported.

How many pizzas come with my Party Package?

Parties packages for up to 10 kids include 2 large pizzas and party packages for 24 kids or more include 3 large pizzas. Included pizzas can be either cheese or pepperoni. Additional toppings available with surcharge.

Can I take leftover food home?

Yes, your party host will pack up any leftovers for you to take home with you. With any luck, you won’t have to make dinner later!

Do you have plates, cutlery, etc. for cake?

 

Group Events Information
Do you offer group rates?

Yes, we offer rates for groups that are 25+ participants.

Do you require a deposit to book group event?

Yes, we require 50% of the total cost to reserve your event.

Can we bring in outside food in?

No, we do not allow outside food and beverages in our facility.  Our Bolt Café offers and excellent selection of freshly made soups, salads, sandwiches, smoothies, snacks, many hot-off-the-grill options as well as pizza and party platters, coffee and other beverages and baked goods.  Plus, a kids’ menu.

Do group events include tables?

No, unfortunately, group events only include jump time, but tables may be available.  If your group requires a table, please consider booking a party.

Age Information
Do I have to jump with my kids?

If your kids are 4 years or older, you will not need to jump with them.  If you have kids ages 3 years or less you will need to jump with them so both parent and child will need a ticket and XtremeHopp grip socks. Children less than 1.5 year old or not yet walking are not allowed in the trampoline court or in the attractions areas.

Do you have any age restrictions?

Kids/babies ages 18 months and under are not allowed in the attractions areas.  Kids ages 1.5-3 years old will need one participating adult per child – so both parent and child must have a ticket and XtremeHopp grip socks.  Babies under 18 months old or not yet walking are not allowed in the attractions area. Participants must be 46″ or taller to use the Parkour and Ninja courses. For XGlow Nights (currently unavailable due to Covid) that go past 9pm, participants should be 12 years or older as it is a dark, loud environment.

Sock Information
Are socks included in general admission?

No, they are not included in the cost of general admission. The socks are $2.50 a pair and they are yours to keep and reusable for future visits. Tax is not included.

Why do I need to wear trampoline socks? Can’t I wear my own?

There are two major reasons for the trampoline socks: Safety and Sanitation. Regular socks have no grip on trampolines, which is why our socks do. XtremeHopp grip socks have been approved as safe footwear by our insurance carrier. Wearing our trampoline socks helps us keep our facility a little bit cleaner, too.

Can I use Trampoline Socks from a different facility?

No, only XtremeHopp grip socks are allowed.

Cafe/Food Information
Do you have a place to purchase food?

Yes, our Bolt Café offers freshly made soups, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, snacks, hot-off-the-grill options as well as beverages, coffee, baked goods, a kids menu, pizza and a party menu. Visit our Café Menu or Birthday Party Menu here.

My child is allergic to nuts, does your food have nuts?

While our kitchen does not have nuts, and our items do not contain nuts we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with nuts at our suppliers’ facility or while being transported.

Can I bring outside food/beverage in?

No, we ask that no outside food or beverage is brought in to our facility.

Do you have gluten-free options? Dairy-free options?

Yes, we have Gluten-Free pizza, sandwich bread, hamburger and hot dog buns, muffins, crackers, mac-n-cheese, chicken nuggets and several of our snack options are GF as well. We also serve dairy-free Daiya cheese available by request.

XGlowNight Information
What is XGlow Night?

XGlow Night is a special event occurring Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm to 11pm. It is $20 for 2 hours of jump time. We turn off the lights and turn on our black lights, strobe lights, fog machine, and bring in a live DJ. It is essentially a dance club on trampolines!

I want to go to Neon Lights what should I do?

It is recommended to arrive a little bit before 9 pm and to have your waiver completely done in advance. If you are under 18 you need a waiver signed by your parent or guardian.

For XGlow Night do you have any age restrictions?

Unless we have announced that the XGlow Night will be only for a specific age group (i.e., high school or middle school, etc.), we have no age restrictions for Neon Lights, although it is recommended for 12+ as it is a dark, loud environment. The Neon Lights event caters to teenagers and young adults.

TODDLER TIME INFO (***STARTING SEPTEMBER 2018***) What is Toddler Time? When is it?

Toddler Time is a discount time for children 46” and under. During Toddler Time children who are 46” and under jump for $8 for the entire Toddler Time session.

Can I still bring my older child(ren) during Toddler Time?

Yes, during Toddler Time our facility is open to all ages. The regular general admission rate will apply to children over 46”.

Can I bring my toddler outside of Toddler Time?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your toddler at any time. Outside of Toddler Time, kids 2 and under are free with paid adult admission. Admission for kids 3+ would be general admission.

Do I have to jump with my kids?

Kids 46” and under must have an adult accompanying them at all times.

Is there a charge if you’re not jumping?

If you are not going to be jumping or be on the trampolines there is no fee for you.

Do you have an area for small children?

During Toddler Time, the entire play area excluding the Parkour and Ninja courses will be available for the little ones to play in. During regular business hours, there may not be a designated area only for little kids.

How much is an adult during Toddler Time?

There is no charge for adults during Toddler Time.

Fitness Class Information

Waiver Information
Where can I find the waiver?

The waiver can be found by clicking the waiver button on the Menu. You will be directed to the location’s online waiver system. You may also fill out the waiver in-store on our computers via the same process, but why wait in line when you can do it easily from home or on your phone?

Why do I have to fill out the waiver?

Trampolines and other attractions, even when used correctly, can still cause injury. The waiver protects XtremeHopp from being sued. By signing the waiver, you are acknowledging the inherent risks in jumping on a trampoline and agreeing to not hold the Flying Squirrel accountable for any injuries that may occur. There are several other terms and conditions of the waiver, so please take the time to read it carefully.

Why can’t I have a paper waiver?

We have eliminated paper waivers in an effort to be environmentally friendly and to increase the efficiency locating the information. The online waiver allows us to search you in the system and once you sign the electronic waiver it is valid for 1 years or until the child turns 18.

I signed a waiver previously, is it still valid?

If you signed a waiver electronically it is valid for 1 year from the date you signed it, provided you filled it out correctly and the child has not turned 18 since then.

Can I sign the waiver for someone else’s children?

No, you cannot sign a waiver for a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian.

Can I print the waiver?

The waiver can only be filled out online. It is not able to be printed. There is no need to print! Once the waiver is signed online it goes right to our database. A big part of the reason we have online waivers is to cut down on the usage of paper.

I don’t want to give out all this personal information, what should I do?

Unfortunately, we require all of that information in order for you to jump. Your birth date proves you are a legal adult, your address and phone number are ways to contact you in case of an emergency. We don’t sell any personal information, and it is securely stored. We rarely send out emails, but may offer special promotions, such as Christmas/Seasonal events or birthday specials. You can also opt-out of such email promotions.

Who must sign the waiver?

All individuals entering the attractions area are required to sign a waiver.
